I started to use a walker 2 years ago and bought a tray on-line. It didn't sit evenly and it had 2 holes fir cups that were not only the wrong size for any cup but if you were to try to put a cup in it, the cup would be blocked by the bar of the walker. This made it totally useless and lost surface space. I went on line with the intention of telling that company how to make improvements when I came across your ad. How fabulous! It works for holding cups and it comes with a bag that is easy to attach. I have been handing out your name to everyone I meet with a walker. I am still very active and I can fit 2 bags of groceries on it while I shop and then take the tray off, put it into the trunk, fold up the walker and drive home. I use it in the house as the bag is small and light. Just enough for phone & Kindle. If I plan to do a lot of walking outside (beach, park) I found a pair of all terrain wheels which vastly improve any walk. I don't get thrown forward by hitting stones or sidewalks that are a little uneven. However, I do have to be very vigilant but it is certainly easier and more comfortable than regular wheels. While they can't handle ice, I can get through about half an inch of snow. (I live in Buffalo, NY.) So, if I am doing any substantial shopping, I add a large bag with a 3" gusset to the front of the walker which can hold All of the items I always had in my purse. If it is raining or snowing, I have a different bag for the front that zips closed so my things do not get wet. This is my second order and I had it sent to my daughter's house in Chicago because I flew there and was afraid of it cracking if I packed it so now I keep it there. I will say, save yourself the expense of the rubber mat. I find it useless and unnecessary. I have the grey one and the blue but the blue one seems to show all the little scratches. Not really a problem. Also, I really have not felt that being translucent has ever helped me. I would prefer to have it more solid so I wouldn't notice the scratches so much. I would like to get one more for my ATV walker so when I get the money, you will probably hear from me again. Just this morning, I gave 2 people the same of your company. It would help if I could just hand them your business card. What do you think? Thanks for adding great quality to my life!
decided to try regular can tips on my strong arm still seeing if i like them
I've used the tray constantly on my walker while at home. It's helped so much and allows me to get more done, like carrying laundry or gardening stuff from one area to another. I would like to make a suggestion though, it needs to be a stronger material. My tray already has cracks on the edges that sit against my walker. I am aware I'm using mine for things other than they probably intended though and will continue to do so. It's been immensely helpful for me to move items around and be more independent. I also agree with the review about moving the bag to the other side, as it is often in the way or on my lap being on the back. The option to have it on either the front or back would be very helpful. Regardless of the cracks, I will continue to use the tray daily and intend buy another one when it finally breaks altogether. We'll worth the money for the amount of independence it's given me these last few weeks.
My StrongArm cane is helping me to walk safely in and out of the house! I have had several falls in recent months and some minor injuries. This cane supports me well and I feel much safer with it. Great product and service as well! I highly recommend the StrongArm cane!
