Tray is average. Can get trays on Amazon for less. Velcro on bag is worthless; won't hold bag if anything is in it. Website is terrible. I tried fir a long time to upgrade address and CC info and it never showed changes and went ahead and processed order. When I tried to cancel order, they wouldn't do it. Then they placed an order for a cane that I never ordered.

The cup holder is too big for most cups. It needs to have something underneath to catch the bottom of the cup. Otherwise, the tray is satisfactory.
Good table for my walker, not as secure as if it was made for the walker.

The handle’s padding is great. It’s well made. I don’t find it to be much better on my hand, arm, or shoulder than my regular cane, though. The arm hook tends to slam into my upper arm (I believe I am holding it correctly). It starts to feel heavy on a longer walk.
The walker tray and bag are fantastic! Adding to my hubby’s walker has given him so much additional freedom. A God send.

I would say this tray is perfect except the cup holder does not have a bottom. If you have a tapered glass it will hold a drink but if your glass or can is straight sided it falls through.
I LOVE IT SO MUCH BUT IT MAKES THE DISHES SLIDE ON IT SO I HAVE TO PUT A RUBBERPAD ON IT SO IT WON'T SLIDES! AND IT WORKS PERFECT!

I’m impressed with the tay, except, I had to add tie wraps to keep the tray from slipping off the ends.
