This walking came is strong and sturdy. Does a great job with your support.
It was very difficult to remove the old one. Needed 2 people to cut into the base and then to pull it off.
It was just as hard to put new one on. Needed to use a mallet to inset the metal shaft,
I love this cane! I walk taller, Straighter and more stable with this cane. This is the best cane I have ever owned. I am very glad my daughter found it for me.
I haven't tried it that long yet, but it seems to hurt the palm of my hand.
I originally ordered Blue - 50015. You sent me Black-50012. I requested a return label and a Blue l- 50015 to correct your error! I got label and returned incorrect color universal walker tray through Fed- ex. I once again got this last order and once again you sent me BLACK-50012! I have sent you photos of the box from order one and the actual black tray and box from incorrect sent order as an email said you wanted. I asked for a return label and have not received it, I went into a town that had a FED-EX shipper today. I requested again for you to send me A BLUE UNIVERSAL WALKER TRAY! SO, WILL YOU FIND THE EMAIL SHOWING THE PHOTOS OF YOUR MISTAKES, AND SEND ME A RETURN LABEL FOR THE BLACK TRAY MISTAKE FOR THE SECOND TIME! BY THE WAY, WHY WOULD SOMEONE ASK YOU FOR A RETURN LABEL FOR A MISTAKEN DELIVERY, IF YOU SENT THE CORRECT ORDER??? I ALSO DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I MUST SHOW YOU PICTURES TO PROVE YOU SENT THE WRONG ITEM? YOU ARE SAYING TO ME THAT I WANT TO RETURN AN INCORRECT DELIVERY BUT, MUST PROVE TO YOU THAT YOU MADE 2 MISTAKES WITH YOU SHIPMENTS? I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH ALL OF THIS IF IT WAS THE RIGHT ORDER!

It took a while to come but directions for installing the new foot were really good. Unfortunately, it’s a really really really really tight fit and kind of hard to put on. But we got it about 3/4 of the way on and with use it slid itself on the rest of the way. It definitely took two people to get it on even partway and took as much force as we could apply physically without tools. So we were pretty pooped after getting it on as far as we did. Regardless, it wasn’t that big a deal and I’m really glad it was available because I would’ve hated having to spend the money to replace the whole cane, which has been a lifesaver. We would’ve given it five stars except for how much work it was to get the tip on.
The thing I found with the cane is the top piece that would cover your arm is a little bit on the small side. I also find the hand grip the cushion is kind of I'm not sure why but it irritates my hand. I also find a lot of times the king just doesn't stand up on its own. So overall I'm not really impressed with the cane.
